Who are MCP Catering's customers?
Our customers include corporate clients like Boeing, NBC, and Raytheon. We also serve weddings, quinceañeras, and birthday parties starting at 50 people. Click here to view our packages.
Is your catering service guaranteed?
Yes. Once we have a deposit and confirm your date, we guarantee we will be there to cater your event, rain or shine.
What is your refund policy?
Out of respect for our time and that of our other catering customers, there are no refunds once you have committed with your first deposit payment.
In return, we promise to make sure we are a good fit for each other before we confirm the date for your event.
Are there any safety concerns?
For safety reasons, we CANNOT bring our equipment up or down more than five (5) steps.
Where is MCP Catering located?
We are headquartered in Torrance, California, and we serve the counties of Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange.
Can MCP Catering also clean up after the event?
Yes. We can discuss your needs and include that service in your agreement prior to the event.
How can I avoid running out of food during the event?
We highly recommend that all your guests arrive on time for their first serving, and allow everyone to get their first plate before returning for seconds.
Prior to the start of your event, we will connect with you on site and confirm the hours and number of plates in our agreement.
If you find out during the event that additional plates or hours are needed, it is up to the chef's discretion whether that can be accommodated. If it can, additional fees will be calculated and agreed upon on site, so they can be included in the payment at the end of your event.
Do I need to sign anything?
When you decide to book your event, we will quote you a firm price and send an agreement for you to sign.
How long are quoted prices good for?
Prices quoted are good for 30 days.
Do you provide a payment plan?
When you confirm your event date, we ask for a 50% down payment. At the end of your event, we collect the final 50% payment and any other charges agreed upon during your event.
Can I arrange for the gratuity payment in advance?
A gratuity can be added and paid in advance or on site. It is up to you if you would like to add a gratuity.
Does MCP Catering give back to the community?
Yes. We have donated 100 plates each to the We Care Homeless Shelter in Los Alamitos and the Women's Shelter in Long Beach. We have donated profits to a local Parent-Teacher Association and St. Jude's Cancer Research for Children. And we have donated appetizers to benefit the Pan-American Asian Festival and the San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce.
